Help please!

What are some good meals/recipes to freeze ahead of time?  I want to have some stuff frozen that I can just pop in the oven on nights I don't want to cook.  :)

Can anyone help?

It's not necessarily something you can just pop in the oven, but we are big pasta people and so I usually will make a large pot of meat sauce and once it cools divide it into tupperware and freeze it. Then when I need a quick meal I can just throw it in the pan and heat it up (even if it still somewhat frozen it will break up as it cooks) and in another pan cook up some pasta and overall it is still a pretty quick meal.
Hope that helps. I don't have lots of freezer meals. I try to use my crockpot for meals but most of the time I just have to be creative. It is nice though to have something that you can make in a hurry.

Most types of soups you can make and freeze. My mom usually makes a huge pot of chicken noodle and then freezes it. She made me some the last time she visited us and it was still good a few weeks later when we ate it!
I'll try to think of some more.

Casseroles are always great! here are couple that I made right before I had molly! You can buy those disposible metal trays with the lids and it works out great! most of the casserole dishes make A LOT so you can separate them into smaller servings

Also I read this blog post from peeptoe pumps and pearls...

a while back and it was about making soups and freezing them in ziplock baggies! I never did it but I thought it was a great idea!
